House rules

In order to live harmoniously within our community, certain rules and guidelines are necessary for the quiet enjoyment of all residents. It is our aim that the rules help provide a foundation for acceptable social behaviour within our community. It is the resident’s responsibility to ensure their behaviour has a positive impact on their fellow housemates, neighbouring units, the entire community at large.
